Tom is the manager of the San Diego Dog Care Center. He has been with Bay Family Pets for ten years and started as a walker. Tom oversees training and lodging.

David is the top dog at our Los Angeles facility. He oversees walkers, training, and lodging. David was a K-9 training Sargent in the military.

Austin Bay is assistant manager of the Los Angeles dog walking squad. He is also Edward & Alexandra's son and has been part of the family business since he was a child.

R. Marc I. Hafkin has been training dogs since she was ten years old. She has brought home a few gold medals from various North American shows.Sherry works specifically with work dogs.

Emily Dixson has a long career in animal care. Her career began at the San Diego zoo as a feeder. However, her love of dogs took her on a new turn, where she rescued hundreds of animals. Emily oversees the bay are facility.
